To ensure prompt payments, your Invoice should include the following:

• Signed & legible Bill of Lading
• Alliance Trucking Inc.'s Rate Confirmation Sheet
• Your invoice, including Alliance Trucking Inc.'s Reference Number

Alliance's Quick Pay Option

Alliance Quick Pay Program features a 2-day turn around time from receipt of carrier's invoice, signed and legible Bill of Lading, or proof of delivery.

Checks can be sent via US Mail or Federal Express. If you have a FedEx account number, please include this on your invoice. If not, and FEDEX is requested, Alliance charges $35.00.
